Well... talk about hitting it right on the nose! ufda... isn't that totally me, especially that last part? wild...
I'm exhausted. I had Magnet this morning, which I was actually late for because I slept in (but it didn't matter because none of my articles are due yet anyways, so I had nothing to type. I was just there for moral support and an artistic eye. And as the human spell-checker that I am.).... Wasn't too late though. Then I started work at 4, and worked until 11. 7 hours. The longest I've actually worked ever since I started at Cash Wise. Well, those hours will make up for what I did last night...
It's really embarrasing though. Should I share? haha.. ya... it' snot that big of a deal, though I felt like an absolute fool walking back into work today. Last night I was supposed to work 5:30-8:30, and then right after I was done I was supposed to go pick up Rachel across town. Well... I'm working, things are going fine and dandy, with a couple of rough patches... I had my mind on a lot of other things too, keep in mind. Anyways... I looked at the clock a lot, and I could have sworn it said 8:30. I saw 4 different clocks on my way out, and I swear that they all said 8:30. Well, I get across town and realize that it is NOT 8:30, but rather 7:30. I left work a whole hour early, without realizing it. Without even telling anybody. I started freaking out. I mean... what was I supposed to do? Go back, say oops and make them drag my till back out (pain in the ass to drag them out in the first place... I don't know how to explain this situation..)? And I was half a block away from Rachel's house. So I called her to tell her I was going to be early, and I picked her up anyways. Then I didn't go back to cash-wise even though I needed to go to the grocery store. haha. I went to Hy-vee and got my stuff, even though it might have cost a little more. oh well. :)
So I had tons of fun with Rachel last night. We picked up Josh some time after 10, played Dream Phone (and Josh DID kick our asses, though it's not fair because he cheated horribly), watched some of talk sex on the Oh! channel, and then we took Rach home at midnight, and me and Josh drove around until about 1:30. I actually have an empty tank in my car right now... my fuel light is on and it is not turning off, which means I MUST get gas. Me and Josh were looking at christmas lights and giving them scores out of 10, based on brightness, complexity and color. Though... who really has their lights on after midnight? haha... there wasn't a whole lot of choice. Most of them sucked. But I got to see some really huge, beautiful houses on the side of town that I love. Really... I love that one side of town more than anything because not only are the houses beautiful, but 2 of my favorite parks are over there, and it's got beautiful hills and trees and such.
GAH! Ok.. it's almost 1am, and I'm freezing cold and I'm shaking like me... it's getting hard to type. So I shall go. Maybe I'll write a longer entry tomorrow. I work again tomorrow, but not as long as I did today. And I need to finish my room tomorrow... but I'll do it!! :P I must... I like writing...
